Return & Refund Policy for Online Orders

Scope of This Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through the Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. online store checkout process.
At this time, this policy applies solely to online purchases of the MPS™ S4 Gas Sensor Evaluation Kit made directly through the Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. online store. No other Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. products are currently available for purchase through the online store.
This policy does not apply to purchases made through:
- Quotations
- Purchase orders
- Contracts
- Authorized distributors or resellers
- Other direct sales channels
Purchases made through those channels are governed by the applicable sales agreement, distributor return policy, Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. Terms and Conditions for Sales, and/or applicable warranty provisions.
Throughout this policy, “Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc.” refers to Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc., the operator of the NevadaNano online store.
Returns of Online Store Purchases
All sales through the Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. online store are final.
- Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. does not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Products that are not suitable for a customer’s application
- Products ordered in error by the customer
- Products that are no longer needed
Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. accepts returns only in the following circumstances:
- Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. shipped the wrong product, model, or quantity.
- The product arrived damaged during shipment.
Reporting Window
To be eligible for a return:
- Shipping errors must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
- Shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Requests submitted more than 5 business days after delivery may not be eligible for return processing.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email returns@nevadanano.com and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if damaged during shipment)
Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. will review the request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Returns submitted without a valid RMA number cannot be processed.
Response Time
Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. aims to:
- Acknowledge return requests within 2 business days
- Provide an RMA decision and return instructions within 5 business days
Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
Item Condition Requirements
Products approved for return due to a shipping error should be returned complete and include:
- All supplied components
- Documentation
- Original packaging when available
Products damaged during shipment should be returned in the condition in which they were received.
Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns resulting from:
- Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. shipping errors, or
- Verified shipping damage,
Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fees
Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. does not charge restocking fees for approved returns processed under this policy.
Resolution of Approved Returns
Once an approved return is received and inspected, Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. will ship a replacement of the correct item at no charge.
Replacement items will be shipped to the original delivery address unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refund Processing
If Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. determines that a replacement cannot be provided, any applicable refund will be processed within 5-10 business days following inspection and approval of the return.
Depending on the customer’s financial institution, additional time may be required before the refund appears on the original payment method.
Exchanges
Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. does not offer exchanges for alternative products.
Customers wishing to purchase a different product must place a new order through the Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. online store.
Warranty Claims
Defects in materials or workmanship are covered separately under the Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. MPS™ 2-Year Limited Warranty.
Warranty claims are not returns and are governed exclusively by the terms of the Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. MPS™ 2-Year Limited Warranty.
For products purchased through the Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. online store, this Return & Refund Policy governs return eligibility, while defects in materials or workmanship remain subject to the Limited Warranty.

Orders Outside the Online Store
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases completed directly through the Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. online store.
Products purchased through authorized distributors are subject to the distributor’s return and refund policies.
Products purchased through quotations, purchase orders, contracts, or other negotiated sales channels are governed by the applicable sales agreement, warranty terms, and Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. Terms and Conditions for Sales.
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy modifies, supersedes, or replaces those agreements.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where local law provides additional rights, Nevada Nanotech Systems, Inc. will comply with those requirements.
