NevadaNano Signs Distribution Agreement with GESTS to Expand Methane Emissions Monitoring Solutions in North Africa

NevadaNano and GESTS Partnership

NevadaNano and GESTS Form Strategic Partnership

Milan, Italy – September 23, 2025 — At Gastech 2025 in Milan, NevadaNano announced the signing of a distribution agreement with GESTS – Global Engineering, Safety and Training Services, a leading provider of industrial safety and engineering services in Algeria.

This strategic partnership expands NevadaNano’s footprint in North Africa, enabling GESTS to deliver localized expertise, training, and technical support to key oil and gas operators in the region. Together, the companies will increase access to NevadaNano’s advanced methane emissions monitoring solutions, supporting customers in meeting regulatory requirements, advancing emissions reduction strategies, and improving operational efficiency.

NevadaNano’s MethaneTrack™ automated continuous emissions monitoring system is already deployed across 22 countries by more than 100 customers worldwide, helping operators reduce LDAR costs, improve safety, and exceed emissions reduction targets.

“In the current Ecological Transition context, GESTS will bring its strong technological knowledge and field experience, in addition of the local content support, to bring additional value to monitor and reduce the GHG emissions,” says Cherif Darragi, NevadaNano’s Business Development Director North of Africa and France.

“This partnership is complementary and was essential to the existing agreement signed by GESTS with other technology providers on LDAR, OGMP 2.0, and COV emissions measurement,” says Djoudi Oukhaled, Founder and General Manager at GESTS. “GESTS is proud to confirm its leading position in Algeria, a highly demanding field. Our global services, and in particular MethaneTrack™ , will contribute to strengthening Algeria’s Methane MRV framework in the oil and gas sector. Specifically, MethaneTrack™ will offer cost-effective best technology for monitoring and reporting methane emissions with a focus on UNEP’s Oil and Gas Methane Partnership 2.0 (OGMP 2.0) emission reporting framework, which advances mitigation.”

The agreement reflects NevadaNano’s commitment to building regional partnerships that combine world-class technology with local knowledge and customer engagement. By leveraging GESTS’s strong market presence and training capabilities, the collaboration will accelerate adoption of MethaneTrack™ and EmissionsTrack™ solutions across upstream and midstream operations in Algeria and beyond.

“This is a pivotal step in strengthening our ability to serve customers in North Africa,” said Gary Collins, VP of Sales & Marketing. “Working with GESTS allows us to provide not only cutting-edge technology but also the local service and expertise that operators need to succeed in their emissions reduction goals.”
