Nevada IoT Companies Attract International Attention was originally featured on Nevada Business Magazine

There are technology companies like Figure and Switch that are expanding operations. Therefore, this gives Nevada a lot to be excited about these days. Nevada is even attracting attention from international players, like HopeRun, a Chinese Internet of Things company. Because NevadaNano develops and manufactures micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) sensors that have caught the eyes of many, HopeRun recently invested one million dollars into NevadaNano. HopeRun and NevadaNano are working together on an IoT infrastructure. By partnering up, they are trying to make efforts to reduce emissions of methane.
The IoT industry is growing all over the Silver State, especially in Northern Nevada. That’s thanks in part to the Reno “InNEVator” program, an eight-week bootcamp that works with sponsors to help introduce startups to new audiences in the community.
